Made from a set of pre-prepared ingredients, I'm afraid. (oh the shame)

I must admit we make Thai curry from a paste from the Wing Yip. We still have some left.
Its very good. Our favourite is Duck Confit with a few beans or peas added and Creamed Coconut. And a few Ghost Jolokia Chillies from the garden. My favourite sauce is Massaman. Its extremely rich and needs a huge amount of sticky rice.
After all that, we are having the casserole that we should have had yesterday. We had stir fried Beef with Peppers and Lemon Grass. And stir fried vegetables and Egg Noodles.
I would sooner be having your Thai Curry though
