Beef and Stout Stew. It's a Tom Kerridge one, so not TOO many calories (515 per person according to the book). Three hours in the oven though 😳

Do you put sugar in the stew Mulv? Whenever I've made a beef and stout casserole in the past I've found it's needed something to take the bitterness of the stout away. I also used to like using brown ale instead of stout, but you rarely see that nowadays.
We're having a relatively mild chili tonight, accompanied by a mixture of red rice and quinoa (complex carbs!)

Just as I put the mushrooms in I could taste it was slightly bitter, but a drop of Maggi sorted it.

Pie & chips from the chip shop, walked out of work, smelt the fish & chips & was hooked - oooopppppsssssss
