So at the weekend, of the six of us, five have dodgy walks
JB managed to hurt the heel of his right foot (ok now) but was struggling to walk on the Monday morning. Couldn’t put any weight on it!! Me. Arthritic hips playing up Julian (JBs middle brother) has cancer which is affecting his lower spine so he walks by almost swinging his leg round to the front Michelle (Julian’s wife) knee was playing up by Monday morning due to all the walking, steps and steep lanes Mark (youngest brother) fit as a flea Kate (Marks wife) is registered disabled as she’s had two replacement knees (same knee) but still struggles to walk long distances
Honestly. This getting old m’larky isn’t fun!!

Yesterday, I tweeked my dodgy hip...I was 72 steps up in a factory, had to cancel what I was doing and took a very slow and steady walk down to my car and go home.
Yes old bones dont like it.

Could you get them to install a Stannah before you go back?
