Looking nice out of the window. Laptop is telling me it's 13 degrees. It was very warm in my garden yesterday afternoon I know that much

20°C here. Just been for a 15km bike ride along the canal, and my legs feel slightly wobbly now.

What a storm we have had and the rain has been horizontal.
I has come around the shutters, around the window frame and into Will and Sarah's room and through the floor into the kitchen. The slalom canoe course is operational outside the house.
I have come to bed. Meanwhile Chrissie is mopping up water in the kitchen.
I think I need to get the window sealer and caulking gun out.
