One pot salmon and orzo again.
We do tend to eat a fair bit of fish in the warmer weather, and this is lovely.
Not something you can prep then leave in the oven for a couple of hours, but since the cooking time is under half an hour it's not really a hardship.
And guess what Tuesday's lunch will be 😁
