We have been in the garden sowing and de-weeding. Its hot, overcast and incredibly humid.
It feels like we could be in for a good storm but our weather service Meteo says it will stay dry. But we have a strange micro climate down here in the Seven Valleys and anything might happen. I would bet against snow though.

We love a good storm and lean out of the window watching it and getting wet.
I always think of my Aunt Rene who was terrified of storms and used to get under the stairs with a bottle of Scotch. Not that she needed that as an excuse as she was very partial to a dram or three

We've had another storm tonight.
I suggested unplugging everything and putting a cloth over the mirrors like my Nanna used to do, but Jayne was already on the phone to the funny farm. 😁

My Dad always unplugged everything. I suppose it was the aerial on the roof, he thought was the target for the lightning.
He later got a better one and had it fitted in the attic.
When I was very young and the lightning scared me he would say the angels are rearranging their furniture.
Like I really believed that.
