We have a terrific storm earlier this morning. Crashes and flashes. So many we didn’t know which flash belonged to which crash. Fabulous. Now the weather is once again glorious

WE had a good one on Monday evening...hailstones as big as footballs, well nearley, but torrential rain for about an hour.
Carol then asked me to water the garden, guess the reply.
Of course my dear, got an umberella.

We went shopping in St Affrique yesterday. The forecast was for dry but we had an absolute downpour for about 2 hours. The roads were covered in standing water. Trucks and lorries were belting through it and the wash and spray just deluged us. The car developed an electronic fault so we stopped for half an hour or so and it dried out and we drove home very carefully.
