Estyn are different on many ways to Ofsted, not least because we get two weeks' notice of an inspection rather than one day, though to balance that there won't be three inspectors for three days, but we get six inspectors for four days 😳
Also, Estyn give a narrative grade rather than a one word grade, so (even though we are outstanding) we don't get a grade of outstanding.
