Out on Thursday.
I'm hoping we're away first match as I'll be in Greece, then at Green Man a fortnight later.
I'm also hoping for an away match Boxing Day as I can never make those, and (with New Year's Day being a Sunday) a home match on Monday 2nd Jan.
It would be just my luck to get one of the relegated teams at home on 5th August and a plum promoted team like Ipswich at home on Boxing Day 😬

I think I was reading on SHA that following the publication of the Prem fixtures last week, we'll be away for the first game, based on the fact that the Villa are away the week after (therefore ensuring that we'll be at home in the Championship's second week). Equally, as Villa are away to Man Utd on Boxing Day, we'll be at home. The poster had also worked out that we'd be at home for the last game of the season, but as I don't know when that is I can't back that up with any logic.

If I remember correctly (moot) whenever we've been away first match we've been home last match and vice versa

Certainly Villa are away on 12th and home on 19th, which bears out what the SHAer was saying. So, we'll be away on 5th (Greece), home on 12th (I'm at home) and away on 19th (Green Man). Bostin'!
