I know some of you know Neil from KRO site (Squealy). He was diagnosed with lung cancer last year he’s just updated his FB post with some awful news

I don't know how else to do this, so please forgive me. Unfortunately I had the worst result from my doctors and my lung cancer has moved to my brain. If I get chance I will be redoing my will so any suggestions are welcome though not necessarily accepted.
