Two days before my computer went down, she was back in hospital with double pneumonia, after many tests, it appears that she may have pulmonary fibrosis.
This they think is a result of the covid attack she had in the autumn.
She is constantly short of breath and has no energy. It appears that she may have to cope with bouts of pneumonia
She has started a new course of drugs, I dont know if they are a cure or a preventative.
We shall see.

Wow! That sounds horrendous. Can she not have a pneumonia jab? Or is it too late now she suffers from it??

Is she home now? And what about the colonoscopy business? She was only in for a couple of days. Although I thought that they let her out too early...they needed the bed. Regarding the colonoscopy, this is secondary to the issues she has now, you dont recover from pulmonary fibrosis, it will only get worse, but the drugs she is on hopefully will slow things down. Basically the covid she had last year has caused severe scarringof her lungs and the subsequent bouts of pneumonia added to it. I googled the problem and its not good. I dont think that she is fully aware of the problem, but on the bright side, the quack did say that he only thinks that pulmonary fibrosis is the cause but I am prepared for the worse, see how bad her breathing is. Sorry that I seem alarmist, but I need (ironically) to get it off my chest. |

All I can say is trust the quacks. They know what they're doing.
