Just popped out and on the way back, I'm going up a slight incline, right up my back end is an electric scooter. He was that close I couldn't see the head of the rider, I put my foot down, up to just over 40mph and he is still the5re. I slowed down for an island and he shot past me and went between two cars on the island.
What a prat and very soon could be a dead prat. the police are helpless because they dare not chase them because of the risk.
Dont want to say this, but it needs a few to get killed before the message gets home about how dangerous these scooters can be.
