The two division system came in in the year 2000, and in the intervening years they (we) have been promoted a record seven times. Which means that they (we) have been relegated six times, so I'm not particularly confident for their (our) prospects next season - I suppose it all depends on close season signings.
Anyway, that's for the future. For now I'll celebrate on Friday evening with a few beers.
