Yes i got another one. Had one a few months ago so had to do a motorway awareness course. 48 miles on hour on the M6 but the gantry said 40. I remember going through it so didn’t argue it
However a couple of weeks ago I got done again. Same place. They said I was doing 61 and the gantry said 50. However. Since getting done the first time I know I have been really careful of my speed so I checked the photo evidence
Firstly the camera wasn’t where they said it was (they said between Jct 7 and 8 and it was between Jct 8 and 9!). I was in the inside lane with plenty of space between me and the vehicle in front. So, with the form I had to complete giving them my details, I stapled a letter stating it wasn’t where they said, where my car was on the road, there wasn’t any lines on the inside lane so how could they prove my speed etc. I also said that I was attaching it to the form as there is no address where you can write to, to object.
So far (it’s been three weeks now) I’ve not heard anything- obviously cue a letter dropping on the mat tomorrow
